Madeline Island Wedding with Lace and Brass Events in Bayfield, WI
Imagine sailing off across Lake Superior to Madeline Island for your wedding day and sailing back to join your loved ones for an intimate dinner overlooking the lake and city below.
That’s exactly what Tracy & Jake dreamed up together for their gorgeous and insanely unique wedding day. They made micro-weddings cool before they were cool.
Their original idea was to elope on Madeline Island, but ideas and visions grew so they found a way to merry two visions together. They rented a sailboat through Superior Charters to use to sail to Madeline Island and spend their wedding night on. Only a handful of guests were invited to their beachside ceremony where they literally surrounded them as they promised their lives to each other. Afterwards guests took the ferry back to Bayfield where they watched the sunset over the lake and sipped on cocktails at Apostles Highland Golf Course while we took Jake and Tracy around the picturesque island for photos.
The gorgeous evening came to a close as Tracy & Jake danced the night away with their loved ones under the stars.
