This was hands down one of our favorite weddings because it was just so fun. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Keri and Scott for a few years. They are as rock solid as they come. They compliment each other so well and have such a great foundation. One thing that is especially important to them are their families, and their wedding was a huge reflection of that.
Their ceremony took place on a farm that has been in her family for pretty much forever. When we drove up the dirt road we saw aunts, uncles, cousins, and dads working in full force to pull everything together for Keri and Scott’s big day. And they say it takes a village…! For these two, it really did.
But, one of my favorite parts about their day was their unique spin on the unity candle. Instead, they chose to plant their own tree on the property so they’d leave a sort-of mark there. I read the next day that while they were digging the hole they found a ring of a grandmother who had passed on, but she somehow still managed to be a part of their day! Crazy right?!
Congratulations to you both!!!!!
