Since I’m in a marathon of editing, I thought I’d share with you a session I did a few weeks ago [also shared on 1816 studio blog].
It was so hot. Not a dry hot, but that sticky, gooey, makeup instantly melting off hotness that every living person in Minnesota hates. I was half expecting a phone call asking to reserve a different day. But these four stuck it out like champs.
So props to them, really.
Also, I might add another round of applause to their impeccable parenting style. I mean I haven’t had hundreds of families, but I get it. The time crunch, the pressure to present a perfect foursome, the need to get that “THE PICTURE” for your Christmas card. Despite all that, plus mosquitos and tummy aches, these two were as cool as cucumbers the entire time. Seriously, GO YOU!
I am praying that sometime in this lifetime I can be that patient and awesome. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
